I know what it’s like to feel STUCK, to look at your life and wonder, What’s next? Is this all there is? I’ve been there too. I’ve walked through my own seasons of doubt and reinvention, and I’ve come out on the other side stronger, more fulfilled, and deeply excited about life. Now, I help other women do the same.

I have changed careers A LOT - chemical engineer, public health, nurse practitioner. I was married for 18 years then divorced. I have made more parenting mistakes than I can count. But with each set back, with each transformation I have grown and I can show you how.
